Benjamin Franklin said, “There are three things extremely hard: Steel, diamonds, and to know one’s self.”

  1. Do you believe there is more to learn about you? Your life? What your here on this earth for?
  2. Do you even think you have a purpose?
  3. Do you feel like you already know everything there is to know about you? I’m sure you do, many people feel the same way, but you’d be wrong
Funny thing is we spend so much time focusing on other people’s perception of what we hope they will see in us, or value to the world and yet the irony is they themselves are doing the exact same thing, therefore no one is actually paying attention to you only their own hope of what they want people to see them as.


We avoid looking at ourselves because we are afraid of what we might see, so we avoid examining ourselves and focus on how we can “help” others to distract us from seeing our truth.

As unpleasant as the truth maybe it holds the secret to greater levels of personal success

When you understand yourself, you can:

  • gain control over yourself
  • avoid your weaknesses and common pitfalls
  • understand and deal with your negative habits
  • have healthier relationships
  • choose a life path that suits you
  • find enthusiasm and happiness
We are all suffering from a case of mistaken identity. We have been programmed by our environmental dispositions, which shape our mindset, though process and daily actions in life.We repeat the same mistakes over and over, but don’t have a clue we are doing it. On the off chance we recognize our repeated mistakes, we don’t understand why we’re doing them or how to change it.

Success is much more challenging without self-knowledge

To be highly successful, it’s necessary to:

  • Set big goals by having a vision that are meaningful to you
  • Utilize your strengths and avoid your weaknesses by creating a plan
  • Deal with stress in a productive manner with an application process
  • Know how to motivate yourself in order to execute
  • overcome fear
  • perserve
